Delivery and governance model

Checked twice. Owned by you.

How an Algobain engagement runs: senior engineers direct the work, agents do the volume, a named person approves every consequential action, and the code, cloud and IP stay yours.

Two-week fixed-fee assessmentThen a dedicated senior team, then managed operations. Exit at any point.

01Delivery process

Senior engineers direct the work. Agents do the volume.

Every Algobain engagement runs on an agentic delivery process. A small senior team sets the architecture and makes the decisions, while fleets of AI agents do the parallel work: exploring the codebase, drafting options, writing tests, reviewing changes and checking results.

01

Parallel, not sequential

Work that used to queue behind one engineer runs as several agents at once: three design variants in an afternoon, a migration explored from every angle before a line is committed. Calendar time compresses by [X]%.

02

Fewer hours per outcome

Agents absorb the exploration, boilerplate and regression work, so you pay for senior judgement, not volume. Typical delivery cost is [X]% below a conventional team of equal seniority.

03

Checked twice, every change

Nothing ships without a failing test written first, a passing run after, a review against the original request, and a gate that blocks if anything existing broke. Visual work is matched against an approved baseline before it is called done.

04

A record you can audit

Every decision, test result and approval is logged as the work happens. Your team inherits a system with its reasoning attached, not a hand-off deck.

02Engagement path

Three phases. A decision at the end of each.

You commit one phase at a time, with a document in hand. Nothing in phase one obliges you to phase two.

I

Architecture assessment

Weeks 1 to 2 · fixed fee

A senior team studies the system, the data and the constraint, signs the NDA first, and writes down what should be built, what should be bought and what it is worth.

The engineers who write the assessment are the engineers who would build it.

Decision pointProceed to a dedicated team, take the roadmap elsewhere, or stop. No lock-in.

Deliverables

  1. a
Written roadmapSequenced work with the dependencies called out.
  2. b

II

Dedicated senior delivery team

Week 2 onward · minimum three months

Architecture first, in weeks two to four: target design, data contracts, governance and the approval-gate map. Then the team ships to production in increments, every change checked twice.

You see working software in production, not a status slide.

Decision pointMove the system into managed operations, or take it in-house with its record and runbooks.

Managed operations

Ongoing

The team that built the system runs it: monitoring, retraining, incident response and cost control, with 99.7% uptime across the production AI systems we operate today.

Decision pointReview at each [term]. Exit with everything you need to run it yourself.

03Governance and reporting

A cadence your board and your auditor can both read.

Human in command.

Every consequential agent action passes an approval gate that a named person owns. The agent proposes, the gate decides, and the record stays. Procurement and security teams get the paperwork before the demo.

Reporting cadence

Every forum has an owner, an agenda and a written output.

Continuous
Decision record and audit log, written as the work happens. Approval queue for every consequential action.
[Weekly]
Delivery review with your product owner: increments shipped, gates passed and blocked, decisions needed.
[Monthly]
Steering review: roadmap against the ROI case, cost, risk and changes to scope.
[Quarterly]
Operations review under managed operations: uptime against target, incidents, retraining, cloud cost.

04What you own

Your code. Your cloud. Your IP.

We build inside your estate, not ours. If you stop working with us, the system, its record and the means to run it stay with you.
